Maker: Davenport, UK C. 1850. Antique serving platter in Citron Mulberry design. The design was registered between 1842 and 1883 and kite stamp indicates 1850 for the make. Very good condition for its age with no cracks or chips. It was likely used as a wall hanging as rust marks are present on the reverse where the metal clasps were in place. This patina has not been removed deliberately. Please look at the images carefully as they form part of the description.
