Picquot Ware, Mid-Century Vintage Tea Pot
Maker: Burrage and Boyd, Northhampton, UK 1950- 1960s. Picquot Ware Teapot T6 (c. 1 litre capacity). This iconic British design exemplifies ingenuity and resilience. “Magnaillium ” ( Maganese / Aluminum) is an alloy especially developed for Picquot Tableware and it is polished not plated. But we think the very best feature is that NO LEAKS can occur around the spout as it is cast in one piece and has smooth non-drip pouring. It is machined with milled lid hinges for perfect fit. This teapot is used and in great condition. Weighing at 766 grams you don’t have to pay for overseas postage as we dispatch from NSW! (postage included in our price for Australia). Materials: alloy called magnaillium (alloy of aluminum and magnesium) with sycamore handles and hornbeam lifter. Please look at the images carefully as they form part of the description.
